We source from more than a hundred decorating suppliers and put the whole range — 6,171 styles across 10 categories and 32 brands — in one place, so you can compare a $2 event bottle and a $45 insulated gift on the same page instead of across six supplier catalogs.
Giveaway or gift — the price tells you which
Below roughly $15 a piece you are budgeting for reach: event handouts, cafeteria service, university orientation, conference bags. Above that you are budgeting for retention, and the item is expected to be kept and used daily — which is where insulated stainless steel and recognised brands like RTIC, Swig, Corkcicle, Hydro Flask, Stanley and Yeti earn their premium. Both work; they just answer different briefs, and the mistake is buying a giveaway when the brief needed a gift.
Decoration follows the material, not the preference
Laser engraving is permanent and dishwasher-durable on stainless steel, but it renders as a single tone — no color. Screen and pad printing hold color on plastics and powder-coated finishes. Full-color digital handles gradients and photographic artwork where a spot-color process cannot. We tell you which method the substrate actually supports before you commit artwork, rather than after.
Free virtual mockups before you commit
Every quote includes a mockup showing your logo at actual imprint size on the actual product, so imprint area and placement are settled before anything goes to production. Standard production runs five to ten working days after approval on most items, with rush service available on a subset.
Compliance and sourcing
Country of origin, packaging and Prop 65 warnings are carried through from the supplier data onto each product page. BrandedItems is ASI #190888 and SAGE #3432, and a Facilisgroup member — which matters mainly because it means the supplier relationships, pricing and order tracking sit behind an audited system rather than a spreadsheet.
